Bechtel to Relocate Headquarters to Fairfax

Bechtel Corporation, one of the world’s largest engineering, construction and project management companies, will relocate its Global Operations headquarters and other functions from Maryland to Fairfax County, Gov. Bob McDonnell announced today. The company also will locate its Government Services business unit, its U.S.-based Civil business, Bechtel Enterprises, and corporate functions and services in Fairfax County, creating a total of 625 new jobs. On Saturday, September 10, 2011, Town of Leesburg officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Cleaner4Less at 700 Fieldstone Drive NE, Suite 108, in the Exeter Center shopping plaza. Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd officiated the ribbon cutting. Cleaner4Less, owned by Kurt & Justine van Engen, is a dry cleaners offering affordable services at $1.99 per garment. Adobe Releases Security Bulletins for Acrobat, Reader, and Flash Player

Adobe has released two security bulletins to address vulnerabilities in Adobe Acrobat, Reader, and Flash Player.The first bulletin, APSB10-06, is a security update for Adobe Flash Player and Adobe AIR that addresses a critical vulnerability. Exploitation of these vulnerabilities may allow an attacker to make unauthorized cross-domain requests. The bulletin indicates that the update also addresses a potential denial-of-service issue.The second bulletin, APSB10-07, is a security advisory for Adobe Reader and Acrobat.
